Do you ship interstate?
KOPA ships Australia-wide, however there are additional shipping costs involved.
Shipping and delivery costs are dependent on the item(s) purchased, and the delivery location.
How much does shipping and delivery cost?
KOPA currently offers FREE delivery in Sydney Metro. This applies to all purchases.
For all other locations, shipping cost is determined by the volume and weight of the product(s) and the delivery
location.

When will my order arrive?
As we are a growing company, the first couple of shipments can take longer to arrive.
Delivery time-frames are dependent on whether the item(s) purchased is currently in stock, and the
delivery location.
Here at KOPA, we utilise a build-to-order system for our larger items.
That means that items are made specifically for each customer only once an order has been made.
Lead times for our larger items is usually 8-12 weeks.
For our smaller items, as long as we have it in stock, delivery is usually made within a week.

Do you offer delivery outside of work hours?
If you're in Sydney Metro, then we can definitely work out a delivery time that's convenient for you (within
reason).

What about weekend delivery?
As long as the delivery time is between 9am and 5pm in Sydney Metro, Saturdays and Sundays are fine.
Do I need to be home to receive a delivery?
We can leave your delivery somewhere safe if you're not home, however we do not accept any responsibility or
liability for any products going missing. You can add delivery instructions to your order during checkout.
What if I'm not home to sign for the delivery and I'm not comfortable with leaving the delivery unattended?
If a delivery cannot be made, we'll try to redeliver on another day. If the re-delivery still can't be made then we'll
leave the order at a nearby collection point for you to pick up. We have over 1400 collection points Australia-
wide.
Will I be given updates on the delivery progress?
We'll send you a notification when your delivery is dispatched. You'll receive tracking details that will allow
you to track the progress of your delivery online.
Is there anything I can do to speed up delivery?
Leaving delivery instructions during checkout can be very helpful to the courier.
Having a safe place for the courier to leave your package without requiring a signature can dramatically
decrease the amount of time it takes for you to receive your order.
If you can organise a safe place for the courier to leave the parcel it ensures that your order will be left at your
address and a re-delivery won't be necessary.
Alternatively, you can have the delivery made to an address where there will be someone available to sign for
the delivery. This could include your neighbours or even your work address (for smaller items).
Can I recycle the packaging?
Cardboard boxes can be recycled in your council paper and cardboard recycling bin.
For soft plastic, check your curbside recycling bin or with your local council whether they're accepted.
You can also recycle the soft plastic at any REDcycle collection point (found at most supermarket stores).
